Budget carrier Air Asia has increased the frequency of their flights from Thailand to Malaysia and Singapore. Starting April 1, 2011, AirAsia will fly from Bangkok to Singapore four times daily. Additionally, Air Asia now flies direct from Phuket to Kuala Lumpur four times daily. One-way fares start from THB1,050 (USD35) to Kuala Lumpur and THB2,090 (USD70) to Singapore.
Flights from Bangkok to Singapore will depart at 7:05am, 10:40am, 1:10pm, and 4:45pm every day. Flights from Phuket to the Malaysian capital city of Kuala Lumpur will depart at 8:15am, 1:35pm, 5:10pm, and 9:40pm.
The quoted prices are the lowest promotional fares available and include taxes and surcharges. Promotional fares are available on a first-come-first-serve basis and black-out periods such as weekends and holidays apply. Air Asia is a budget airline and additional fees apply for checked luggage, meals, advance seat selection, or online payment by credit card.
